Public profile data is limited to fields you explicitly choose to show. Private fields are not displayed on public scan pages.
How we use data
We use your data to:
- authenticate and secure your account
- store and manage crisis profiles you create
- notify emergency contacts and profile owners when help is requested
- maintain safety and audit logs to investigate abuse or incidents
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with services required to operate the platform (for example, authentication and email delivery providers) and only for operational purposes.
Retention and deletion
You can request profile or account deletion. Operational and audit records may be retained for legal, safety, and security reasons for a limited period.
